Refunds
Fees go directly to the class. ClassRadar isn't the seller and doesn't collect or hold your fees, so refunds are given by the class under its own terms.
Where to find a class's refund terms
Every class page and course page shows the class's fee and refund terms. Read them before you pay, and keep the receipt the class gives you.
How to ask for a refund
- Contact the class directly (WhatsApp or phone) and ask under their refund terms.
- If the class doesn't answer, or doesn't follow the terms shown on ClassRadar, tell us on WhatsApp with the class name, course and what happened.
- We will look into it and may contact the class. We can't pay refunds on a class's behalf, but a class that misleads learners may have its page hidden.
Course fees paid on ClassRadar
Some classes let you pay the full course fee on ClassRadar ("Pay ₹…"). That money goes straight into the class's own Razorpay account. ClassRadar doesn't receive, hold or take a share of it, and isn't the seller.
- Refunds are given by the class, from its own Razorpay account, under the refund terms shown on the course page. Ask the class first, as above.
- Razorpay sends you a receipt for the payment. Keep it, with the Razorpay payment reference, when you ask for a refund.
- If the class doesn't answer, tell us on WhatsApp with the payment reference. We can't refund on the class's behalf, but we follow it up, and a class that doesn't keep its terms may have online payments switched off or its page hidden.
ClassRadar's own plans
Listing a class is free. Paid plans for classes (Grow, Business and Enterprise) are on the Plans page; every price includes GST.
- The 14-day free trial of Grow or Business costs nothing and needs no payment details, so there is nothing to refund. If you upgrade during the trial, your first payment is on the day after the trial ends.
- Plans are non-refundable once paid, including for the unused part of a month or year.
- Grow and Business renew automatically through Razorpay until you stop them. You can stop renewal anytime on Dashboard → Plan & billing. Stopping renewal stops the next payment; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your page moves to Free (extra courses are locked, never deleted).
- Moving to another plan or billing period starts at your next billing date. There is no refund or credit for the rest of the current period.
- If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the extra charge to the same payment method.
