Terms of use
These terms are between you and Intertail India, which operates ClassRadar, SK 3/1, TNPHC FLATS, MELAKOTTAIYUR.
These terms are the rules for using ClassRadar. By using the site, you agree to them. They are written in plain words; if anything is unclear, ask us.
1. What ClassRadar is: we connect you with classes
- ClassRadar is a listing platform. It helps learners find coaching classes (offline, online and recorded), shows them ranked only by verified learner reviews, and lets learners contact a class or go to its own website.
- ClassRadar is not a party to your agreement with a class. Enrolment, payment, how and when the class is delivered, and refunds are between you and the class. ClassRadar does not run classes, teach, or collect or hold course fees.
- Pay a class directly, and only after talking to the class or attending a demo. ClassRadar never asks you to pay a class's fee to ClassRadar.
- Listing a class is free, and ClassRadar takes no commission on fees.
- If something goes wrong with a class, tell us with "Report this class" (section 16).
2. Using ClassRadar
- Learners under 18 need their parent's or guardian's permission to use ClassRadar. We ask about this when you complete your profile.
- Use your own mobile number, and give correct details.
- Keep your phone and login codes to yourself. Never share a login code with anyone, including someone who says they are from ClassRadar.
3. Reviews
- Only learners a class has added as enrolled in a course, who log in with that same mobile number, can review that course. One review per number per course.
- Reviews must be honest and about your own experience of the course.
- Not allowed: fake reviews; reviewing your own class; paying for, rewarding or pressuring anyone to write or change a review; adding people to a learner list who did not join the course; writing reviews for someone else.
- Fake reviews: if we find fake or manipulated reviews, we remove them, and we may hide the class page involved, for a time or for good. Classes can report a review they believe is wrong; only ClassRadar admins decide.
- Rankings come only from verified learner reviews. Nobody can pay to rank higher, and there are no ads or sponsored places in results.
- Classes may post one public reply to each review. Replies must be polite and must not promise results.
4. For coaching classes and coaches
- Your page must be accurate: real courses, real fees, real faculty, and photos you have the right to use.
- No guarantee claims (for example "100% selection guaranteed"), and nothing false or misleading.
- With your agreement, the ClassRadar team may prepare a page for your class. It stays a private draft that learners can't see until you log in with the WhatsApp number you gave our team, check it and publish it. Only you can publish it. You can change anything first. If you don't want it, tell us and we delete it.
- Add a learner's number only if they joined your course and agreed. Use call-back leads only to talk to that learner about your classes, and never share or sell them.
- We may correct, hide or remove a page or course that breaks these terms or that we believe is misleading. For a page you manage, we tell you the reason on your dashboard.
- When you sign up or publish a page our team prepared, you agree to be listed under these terms and allow ClassRadar to show your class photos, logo and details on ClassRadar and in sharing previews. When the ClassRadar team lists your class, a team member first takes your agreement.
- Use call-back requests, and any list you download, only to talk to those learners about your classes. Never share or sell them.
- You are responsible for your classes. You are responsible for what you offer and promise, the fees you charge, how you deliver your classes, refunds, receipts and taxes, and for following the law. You agree to indemnify (make good) ClassRadar and the business that operates it for any claim, loss or cost that comes from your classes, your page or your breaking these terms.
- While your page is live in a live location, your logo and class name may also show in the “Our Coaching Partners” logo strip on the home page. The order changes every day and can't be bought. You can switch this off at any time on Dashboard → Profile.
5. Plans for classes
- Listing is free. Plans are Free (3 course listings), Grow (10), Business (25) and Enterprise (no limit, by quote). Every course on your page counts as a listing, visible or hidden. Grow and above add your own Enrol now / Buy now buttons, lead management and course insights; Business adds team logins, assigning leads and local search insights. Prices and features are on the Plans page. All prices include GST.
- Verified details: once your page is Verified by ClassRadar, its verified details (name, type, owner's name, WhatsApp number, district, area, address and pincode, and the map pin if you teach in person) can only be changed through "Request Profile Modification & Re-verification". Your page keeps its current details until our team approves the new ones.
- No plan buys ranking, reviews or the "Verified by ClassRadar" badge. Classes are ranked only by verified learner reviews, on every plan.
- You can hide a course at any time. If your plan ends or you move to a smaller plan, courses above your new plan's listings are locked (hidden from learners and not editable until you upgrade), never deleted, and you choose which ones stay. On Free, an Enrol now / Buy now button with your own link shows as a WhatsApp button; your link is kept. Hidden and locked courses keep their reviews and enrolled learners.
- Free trial. A page owner can try Grow or Business free for 14 days, without giving payment details. Each page, and each owner's WhatsApp number, can have one free trial, of one plan. During the trial you get that plan's features. When it ends, your page moves to Free (extra courses are locked, never deleted) unless you have upgraded. ClassRadar may extend a trial; the end date is always shown on your dashboard.
- Paying for a plan. Grow and Business are paid monthly or yearly through Razorpay (UPI Autopay, cards or netbanking) as a subscription that renews automatically at the same price until you stop it. You see the price, GST and the first payment date before you pay. If you already have a running plan or a free trial, the first payment is on the day after it ends, so you don't lose any days. Each payment gets a GST invoice on your dashboard.
- Keeping your price. If you subscribe at a launch price, you keep that price on every renewal for as long as your subscription keeps renewing. If you stop and come back after the launch period, the prices on the Plans page that day apply.
- Changing plan. A change between Grow and Business, or between monthly and yearly, starts at your next billing date; there is no part-period charge or refund. Enterprise is agreed with us directly.
- Stopping renewal. You can stop renewal anytime on Plan & billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your page moves to Free.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again, and your plan stays on for a few grace days (shown on your dashboard). If it still isn't paid, your page moves to Free: extra courses are locked, never deleted.
- Plans are non-refundable once paid. See the Refund policy.
6. Fees, payments and refunds
Fees are paid directly to the class, not to ClassRadar, and ClassRadar is not the seller. Each class sets its own fee and refund terms, shown on its page. See Refunds.
- Pay on ClassRadar (learners). When a course shows "Pay ₹…", you pay its full listed fee through Razorpay straight into the class's own Razorpay account. You agree to share your name and mobile number with the class. After the payment is confirmed you are added to the course's Learners list, so you can write a review (shown with "Verified payment"). Refunds are given by the class.
- Collecting fees (classes, Grow and above). You connect your own Razorpay business account and can disconnect it anytime on Dashboard → Sales. Learners pay you directly; ClassRadar takes 0% and never holds your money; Razorpay's own fees and terms apply to you. You are the seller: you are responsible for the course, receipts or invoices you owe, taxes and refunds under the terms on your course page. Only one-time full fees can be collected this way. We may switch off online payments for a page that doesn't keep its terms.
7. Other sites, WhatsApp, free courses and study tools
- Some buttons open WhatsApp or a class's own website. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
- The Free courses library lists free courses run by other providers (for example Google, Microsoft or NPTEL), not by ClassRadar or its partner classes. The provider decides the course content, any sign-up, and whether a certificate is free or paid. These courses have no reviews on ClassRadar and are never mixed into class rankings. Some are affiliate links, which means ClassRadar may earn a fee if you sign up or buy; those are always labelled "Sponsored".
- The free study tools and calculators are for practice and planning. Results are estimates; check official rules (for example, your board or university's CGPA formula).
8. What you must not do
- Break the law, harass anyone, or post abusive, hateful or adult content.
- Pretend to be someone else, or another class.
- Copy large parts of the site, scrape it, spam, or try to break or overload it.
9. Content you add
You keep ownership of what you add (reviews, photos, class details). You allow ClassRadar to show it on the site and in sharing previews while it is on ClassRadar.
10. Our responsibility
- Class details come from the classes. We check reviews carefully, but we can't promise that every detail on a class page is correct, or the quality or results of any class.
- As far as the law allows, ClassRadar is not responsible for losses from a class, its fees or its teaching. Your rights under Indian consumer law stay with you.
11. Closing accounts
You can stop using ClassRadar at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend accounts or pages that break these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For big changes, we tell you on the site first.
13. Moving to a new company
We may transfer ClassRadar, and these terms, to a successor company (for example a ClassRadar private limited company). We will tell you before this happens. Your account, reviews and class pages move with the service, and these terms continue with the new company.
14. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Please talk to us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute goes to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
15. Contact and grievance officer
For questions or complaints, reach the team or our grievance officer on the Contact us page.
Grievance officer: ClassRadar Support Team, support@classradar.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 1 month.
16. Reporting a problem with a class
- On every class page and course page, "Report this class" lets a logged-in learner tell us about a class that was not held, fake or wrong details, a demand for payment outside the agreed terms, or rude or unsafe behaviour. You can add a screenshot.
- Only the ClassRadar team reads reports; the class is not told who reported it. We may contact you, look into it, and hide or remove the class page while we check. Our decision does not replace your rights under consumer law.
- ClassRadar is not a party to the dispute and cannot order a class to refund you, but we act on pages that break these terms. For anything urgent or unsafe, also contact the police or the right authority.
